Alvin Middleton

Mr. Alvin Middleton has more than 30 years of construction experience. During this 30 plus year period Mr. Middleton completed numerous projects. Noted projects that involved his field engineering layout includes Century II, Wichita, Kansas; Bank of America, Main Office in downtown Wichita, Kansas. Also included is the latest addition to the engineering facility at Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas. Mr. Middleton has also performed several other jobs during his career in the construction industry which include project management and estimation on multiple large projects in Kansas and surrounding states. Other notable landmark buildings in Wichita which have involved his Field engineering layout are the Southwestern Bell building downtown and the Wesley Medical Center, East Tower. Mr. Middleton provides a great background and wealth of knowledge for this company.


L.O. Breckenridge, Jr.

Mr. L.O. Breckenridge, Jr. has been with the company for over 20 years and has been responsible for several operations including estimating, accounting, project management, and superintendent. During his tenure with the company he has been involved with a wide range of projects which includes building construction and heavy equipment operations. He is currently serving as construction manager on several contracts with the Federal and State Government. Completed projects that Mr. Breckenridge, Jr. has been involved in are the Veterans Administration Center, Wichita, Kansas, McConnell Air Force Base, Wichita, Kansas, Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas, and many others in the private industry which includes Pizza Hut and Southwestern Bell.


Loren Breckenridge
Secretary/Project Manager

EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Loren Breckenridge after receiving his bachelor's degree worked as a project engineer on a 400,000 S.F. retirement community in Chicago, IL. After successfully completing that project he managed a $9,000,000 hospital project in Pella, IA. Mr. Breckenridge has handled several projects concurrently and enjoys the challenge of completing projects on time and within budget. He has worked on many of our larger contracts and has worked directly with clients completing change orders and providing information and data to them so that the best possible product will be the result. Loren has managed transmittals, and/or submittals, shop drawings and completed field drawings as required by the client. Plus, he has experience with heavy equipment, building construction including scheduling and/or planning work, and scheduling for human resources as well as schedules for construction machinery and equipment.


Keith Middleton

EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Keith Middleton has been with the company for 7 years. Mr. Middleton has worked as a CQC System Manager/Superintendent, working on city, state, and federal projects. Mr. Middleton has had 11 previous years experience, in the following areas: Engineer technician, Lab technician, field engineer, and as a craftsman. Other duties and responsibilities include inspecting KDOT projects, property surveys, working with CADD, and estimating.
